1. Booking and Deposit:

1.1. To secure your booking for balloon services, a non-refundable deposit is required.

1.2. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process and must be paid in advance.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

2.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus any applicable fees.

2.2. If cancellation occurs within the last 24 hours before the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

2.3. Balloon Creations by Nina reserves the right to retain the deposit in case of cancellation or no-show.

3. Rescheduling:

3.1. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible.

3.2. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled event.

4. Balloon Designs and Variations:

4.1. The final balloon designs and colours will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

4.2. While we strive to create designs as accurately as possible, variations in balloon colours and sizes may occur due to availability.

5. Venue and Setup:

5.1. The client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue is suitable for balloon installations.

5.2. Balloon Creations by Nina will require access to the venue for setup. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely access.

6. Safety Precautions:

6.1. Balloons can pose a choking hazard to children and pets. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the safety of all attendees.

6.2. Balloon Creations by Nina is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our balloon decorations.

7. Payment:

7.1. The remaining balance for the balloon services is due on the day of the event.

7.2. Payments can be made in cash, by credit card, or via the payment method specified during the booking process.

8. Liability:

8.1. Balloon Creations by Nina is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our balloon decorations.

8.2. The client assumes responsibility for any damages caused to the balloon decorations after setup.

9. Intellectual Property:

9.1. All balloon designs and creative work provided by Balloon Creations by Nina remain the intellectual property of Balloon Creations by Nina.

9.2. Reproduction or distribution of our designs without written consent is prohibited.

10. Agreement and Acceptance:

10.1. By booking our balloon services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

10.2. Balloon Creations by Nina reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary.
