1. A deposit is required to confirm your booking for balloon services.

2. If you need to cancel your booking, you are eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus any applicable fees, as long as the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled event.

3. If you decide to cancel within the last 24 hours before the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

4. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will work with you to reschedule if possible, subject to availability.
